Talent Software Services is insearch of a Business Analyst for a contract position in Miami, FL.The opportunity will be a year with a strong chance for a long-termextension.
Position Summary:
Consultant serves as a seasonedproficient technical liaison between our systems to train, educateand support LATAM clients. First point of contact for inquiriesreceived in Latam (Brazil) Client Servicing department from highrevenue clients via email or phone channel.
PrimaryResponsibilities/Accountabilities:
Supports the process oftranslating business needs into formal Business Requirementsdeliverables. Acts as liaison between business unit and software,hardware developers, and vendors. Participates in design,development, and implementation of complex applications, orsystems, often using new technologies. Serves as a fully seasoned,proficient technical resource. Participates as an individualcontributor on projects, completing activities as a part of a teamrelated to special initiatives or operations. Day to day activitieswill include being responsible for reading, analyzing and/ordetermining appropriate handling and resolution of requests.
Requests consist of treasury, cash management, card and/ordepository products. May work with internal business partners toprovide resolution to client inquiries, issues, and/or technicalsupport. Ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confidentmanner. Intermediate ability in computer skills. Ability tonavigate multiple computer systems while interacting with thecustomer. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge andcapabilities. Typically as an individual contributor. IT degreepreferred or substantially equivalent experience.
Preferred:
Preferred 3 years minimum experience with technical support orbanking services 1-2 years Banking/Financial industry experience. 1years of experience working with customers. Excellentcommunications skills, and ability to present to an audience.
Ability to work under pressure in a team environment. Ability toliaise with all levels of the firm and people with differentexperiences and backgrounds. Self-motivated and able to workunsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and knowwhen to escalate. Comfortable receiving ongoing performancefeedback and coaching. Comfortable with ongoing change and learningnew technology/processes. Ability to analyze and resolve customerinquiries. Ability to provide a positive customer experiencethrough creative solutions. Ability to engage with customers, begina conversation, build rapport, and handle objections.
