Job Description

Business Analytics Programming Analyst (Boston HQ) 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Boston, MA • Hybrid work WinnCompanies is searching for a Business Analytics Programming Analyst to join our headquarter offices in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will be involved in the Analysis/Specifications of systems/programs/applications, development of design specifications and the programming/coding to meet the design, and all testing aspects of the systems/programs/applications with approvals before release. You will provide ongoing programming/coding support and maintenance of new and existing systems, programs and applications and assisting technical assistance to end users as needed/required. The ideal candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Mondays through Fridays, from 8:30AM to 5:00PM. This position is currently on-site 4 days per week with 1 day to work remotely. Responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise to the analysis/development/implementation of systems/programs/applications specific to WinnCompanies departmental needs. Responsible for knowledge/expertise of software platforms including, but not limited to; QuickBase, SharePoint, Azure, SQL Server. Responsible for knowledge/expertise of Microsoft programming platforms including but not limited to: Power Platform, .NET and ASP.NET frameworks. Provide subject matter expertise and support to the Business Analytics team. Provide needed education of systems/programs/applications to WinnCompanies end user community as needed/required. Provide technical advice and support of systems/programs/applications to WinnCompanies end user community as needed/required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLF). Familiarity with the Microsoft Visual Studio IDE. Advanced technical computer skills. Advanced knowledge of Excel, including advanced data modeling and creating interactive dashboard to optimize workflows. Experience working with databases. Excellent customer service skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks. Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization. Preferred Qualifications Experience with additional programming/coding and analytical tools other than Microsoft.
