Open to discussion 1. Experience interacting with senior stakeholders is desired. Ifthey have, experience interacting with senior executives needs tobe clearly demonstrated in the resume. 2. Financial companies/Insurance is a must. 3. Strong expertise with multiple scenario functional use cases,preferably System Functional Use Cases. Supporting documentation tobe provided by candidates. 4. AGILE experience is nice to have. 5. Functional BA’s needed. Techno-functional BA background isoptional but the functional experience is mandatory. 6. Need a collaborative team player who is flexible in theirapproach and are comfortable working in an unpredictableenvironment. 8. Primarily looking for LOCAL candidates. Non local candidateshould be minimal and there should be a solid reason for presentingthem. They MUST be able to attend the onsite interview at theinterview day dates, with confirmation at a short notice. 7. Higher education in technical curriculum must have. Our “Fortune 50 Client” is currently seeking a Business Analyst todocument functional and product requirements for our CommercialInsurance Underwriting Unit. The candidate should be detailedoriented with excellent analysis and problem solving skills andhave the ability to work independently as a self starter.

Commercial Insurance Domain and Agile Methodology Experience isalso a plus.

Position Description:

• Ability to transform business requirements into Functional UseCases.
• Ability to shape unstructured and disjointed information intocohesive business requirements. This skill relies upon root causeanalysis capabilities.
• Ability to analyze and document end to end business requirementsthrough, Business Process Maps, Use Cases, Mockups, Prototypes,Data Dictionaries, and Business Domain Models. These skills will beused within a large program of work to develop strategic cuttingedge UW systems and sunset legacy systems.
• Candidate will apply knowledge of system capabilities and businessneeds and work with development team to identify systemsolutions.
• Ability to conduct and facilitate system testing, qualityassurance testing, user acceptance testing, and user trainingsessions as needed to support functional and maintenancereleases.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major from a highlyanalytical field of study. Majors in Mathematics, Computer Scienceor Engineering would be a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills, superb attention to detail andproblem solving skills is required.
• Must take ownership of deadlines and commitments.
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills, bothverbal and in writing.
• Must be an independent Worker / Self Starter.
• Must have ability to escalate issues / risks to management.
