Murex XVA Senior Business Analyst Position Available In Hudson, New Jersey

Summary Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support and enhance systems for the XVA Trading Desk within Front Office IT, focusing on Murex platform integration and configuration. Key Responsibilities Gather business requirements and create functional specifications for XVA systems. Collaborate with quants, traders, and IT teams to deliver and test system enhancements. Support and develop reporting tools and processes for the CPM desk. Extend trading system functionality through custom modules and integrations. Qualifications 5+ years experience in Rates or XVA; front-office development experience preferred. Expertise in Fixed Income trade flows and STP architecture. Strong background in Murex configuration (Risk, Simulation, Collateral modules). Skilled in defining interfaces and data flows with upstream/downstream systems. Ability to work cross-functionally with business users, vendors, and product leaders. Proficient in SQL; knowledge of PowerShell and Python is a plus. Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills. Solid understanding of both Windows and Linux environments. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
