- $20-25/hr Required skills: The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading efforts related to Health outstanding invoicing and collection efforts.
The Analyst will lead weekly check-ins for accuracy, gather feedback from Customer, CSM, CAE, on outstanding and open issues, interpret data from source systems and confirm themes broadly impacting the Customer base.
Determine workstreams and stakeholders needed to address root cause
Set up and facilitate calls with aligned stakeholders to address root cause and follow through to ensure related invoices are addressed. Job Requirement
