The position will report to the Senior Business Analyst, and the ideal candidate will assist in the support and maintenance of our IT systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations as well as participating in the execution of projects and the overall program with business analyst responsibilities for EUSP, Europe and Asia Pacific. We are looking for self-starters, enthusiastic, approachable with great customer service skills, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and want to learn more and find resolutions to issues which may arise. Duties Contributes to roadmap execution, including taking a lead role in multi-track project plans, communicating updates to stakeholders, management, and providing weekly reports. Contributes to internal IT communications and activities with Information Security, IT fulfillment teams, and IT infrastructure teams. Supports a variety of teams across regions and different operating companies (Network, Telecom, Legal, Privacy, Global Office 365). Participates in business and IT strategic planning; helps develop IT strategy in alignment with business needs; promotes innovative thinking and utilization of IT resources in the business. Successfully identifies opportunities to enhance existing IT processes and collaborates with process owners to introduce efficiencies. Establishes and sustains relationships with business stakeholders and project teams, including senior leaders, IT Support, and other corporate partners. Acts as a liaison between IT and the business, defining and documenting IT demand, delivering technology to enable and meet business strategy, and supporting day-to-day operations. Successfully identifies and articulates options to stakeholders and influences decisions based on derived facts and analysis. Build relationships as a trusted business partner with key business executives. Manages customer expectations; resolves customer satisfaction issues; ensures Operating Companies are receiving appropriate and adequate levels of IT services and support. Solicits, elaborates, and communicates requirements and/or issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Leads projects in the areas of data analysis, documentation of requirements, testing, change management, and end user support. Utilizes Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) applications to build dashboards for data visualization and reporting purposes. Assists in streamlining processes for greater efficiency using automation, mainly through Power Automate. Understands the workings and strategy of the AM business units as well as current market trends. Initiates and provides oversight for application development projects that are delivered on time and containing the agreed-upon functionality. Works closely and collaboratively with team members to seamlessly ensure high-quality IT service delivery.

IT Support:

Provides first-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly with the help of Product Owners and Technology Field Engineers. Assists in the maintenance and monitoring of IT systems under the guidance of the End User Support Senior Manager and Lead Engineers. Identifies and troubleshoots technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary. Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT processes, procedures, and system configurations. Conducts training sessions for end-users on new software and hardware, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient with the tools. Supports IT projects by gathering requirements, testing solutions, and implementing changes under the guidance of senior analysts. Familiarity with ITIL practices and/or project management methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Engineering, or similar fields preferred. Significant relevant experience can be substituted for formal education. Minimum 0-2 years of experience in an IT support role, business analyst or similar position. Previous internship will be considered. Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows, MacOS), and common software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment. Good organizational and time management skills with ability to successfully manage and prioritize numerous time pressured analytical activities / projects.
