Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Business Analyst III within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for AI/ML across various business domains Conduct market research and gather customer insights (clinicians, executives, administrators) to identify unmet needs and opportunities. Build high-impact roadmaps that drive to pre-defined hard and soft ROI for investing in AI/ML products Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI/ML products, from ideation and discovery to launch, iteration, and maintenance. Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI/ML models and their integration into clinical or administrative workflows. Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to translate requirements into tangible products. Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions on product roadmap. Possess a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, methodologies, and their practical application in real-world scenarios. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, interoperability standards, and data privacy considerations. Evaluate the feasibility and impact of different AI/ML approaches for specific healthcare problems. Understand the ethical implications of AI in healthcare and advocate for responsible AI development and deployment. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical, business stakeholders Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and articulate product value propositions. Build strong relationships and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

Design and implement online, offline and human in the loop evaluation strategies for AI/ML models Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for AI/ML products and monitor their performance pre- and post-deployment. Analyze product usage, model performance, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and guide future iterations. Drive continuous improvement through user research, and data analysis.

Qualifications:

A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics, Telecommunications, Data Communications, or a related field of study; and Five (5) years of progressive, responsible experience in the field of data processing, computer systems, and applications. Operations Specialty requires supervisory experience (5 years). Network Services requires a telecommunications background and experience. Broad knowledge and expertise in the characteristics of computers, peripheral devices, communications systems and hardware capabilities, programming languages, E.D.P. applications, systems analysis methodology, data management and retrieval techniques; or A satisfactory equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. The wage range for this role reflects the wide array of factors considered in compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the unique facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the hourly range is $103.00 – $113.00.
