Overview Zenith is looking for a Supervisor with expertise in analytics and performance insights who also brings a strategic media mindset . This role will lead cross-functional initiatives that transform data into actionable business intelligence, while collaborating with strategy and investment teams to help shape media direction. The ideal candidate is fluent in both performance metrics and planning principles—able to uncover insights, craft compelling stories from data, and work across teams to influence client media decisions. Responsibilities Analytics & Insights Aggregate and analyze campaign performance data from multiple sources (Google Analytics, ad servers, social platforms, DSPs, etc.) Build dashboards, reports, and presentations that tell a clear and compelling narrative Translate data into actionable recommendations and strategic insights Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance and inform planning Leverage tools like SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and Python/R to automate and enhance analytics Contribute to test & learn agendas, media measurement plans, and attribution modeling Media Strategy Collaboration Support media strategy development with data-backed rationale and audience insights Contribute to planning across digital and offline channels by evaluating media tactics and investment decisions Participate in campaign briefing, planning, and performance discussions with clients and internal teams Ensure strategy and analytics are integrated to support full-funnel marketing efforts Qualifications 3+ years of experience in media analytics, performance marketing, or data strategy—agency experience preferred Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to synthesize data for non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with media research and planning tools (e.g., Nielsen, MRI, Kantar, comScore) Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. Compensation Range:

$85,000 – $87,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
