Finance Associate – Hybrid Position Available In Montgomery, Pennsylvania

A growing asset management organization is seeking a Strategy Analyst to support high-level distribution planning and strategic decision-making efforts. This role combines financial analysis, presentation development, industry research, and cross-functional collaboration to inform partnerships and optimize the firm’s distribution strategy. What You’ll Do:

Develop dynamic financial models to assess partnership economics and support client-servicing fee negotiations. Collaborate closely with distribution and finance teams to evaluate proposals and provide financial insights that shape the company’s growth strategy. Manage and support cross-functional committee processes, including preparation of agendas, financial evaluations, summaries, and stakeholder communications. Build polished presentation materials for leadership, external stakeholders, and board-level meetings using data storytelling and visual tools. Conduct in-depth research on the investment management landscape to identify competitive trends, evolving client needs, and industry shifts. Evaluate market developments and translate insights into strategic recommendations. Handle special initiatives across departments, providing tactical support on evolving priorities.

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or distribution-focused roles in the investment or financial services sector. Strong Excel capabilities-confident with advanced formulas, pivot tables, and flexible modeling techniques. Experience creating professional presentations for leadership audiences; comfort with tools like PowerPoint and graphics software (Mekko Graphics is a plus). Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and ensure accurate, timely deliverables. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly summarize findings and explain insights. Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude toward managing projects and solving problems.
