We’re looking for a Supply Chain Business Analystwho thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate abouttransforming logistics into measurable results. As a Supply ChainBusiness Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supplychain operations through data-driven decision-making.
Your keyresponsibilities will include:
Data Analysis:
Collect, clean, andinterpret supply chain data, including shipment lead times,delivery performance, cost structures, and inventory levels.
Process Improvement:
Design and implement strategies that enhanceoperational efficiency and reduce overall supply chain costs.
Performance Monitoring:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs),evaluate trends, and present actionable insights to internalstakeholders.
Predictive Modeling:
Apply forecasting tools andstatistical models to anticipate future procurement and demandneeds.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely withprocurement, logistics, production, and finance teams to identifyvulnerabilities and close operational gaps.
Advanced Reporting:
Create dashboards and in-depth reports to communicate findings,support decision-making, and influence supply chain strategy.
CostOptimization:
Identify, execute, and report on initiatives thatresult in COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) savings, aligning with GlobalSupply Chain strategic objectives. Your Profile / QualificationsWe’re looking for a candidate who combines analytical rigor withstrategic thinking:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain,Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field. OR 5 years ofdirect experience in Supply Chain Management or Business Analysis.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualizationtools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP,Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
Analytical Thinking:
Strong quantitativeand qualitative analytical skills with the ability to interpretcomplex data sets.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, including the ability to explain datainsights to non-technical audiences.

A proactivecollaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams and enjoyssolving challenges together.
