We are a leading provider in the private aviation sector. We are seeking a motivated individual to oversee and streamline the procurement of critical aviation parts under 135/145 regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Procure aviation parts, materials, and supplies to support maintenance, repair, and operations in compliance with 135/145 regulatory standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing, timely delivery, and quality assurance. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the maintenance team to anticipate and fulfill procurement needs. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to maximize value and minimize costs. Maintain detailed records of purchases, receipts, and inventory using company systems. Ensure all procured items meet applicable FAA requirements and company standards. Provide timely support for AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an aviation parts buyer, preferably within 135/145 operations. Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficiency in inventory management systems and purchasing software. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially in AOG scenarios. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working with private jets or charter operations. Technical knowledge of aircraft systems and parts. Salary based on experience.
