Procurement Analyst Key Responsibilities:

Review and process requisitions for supplies and services, ensuring compliance with GL codes, policies, and vendor contracts Maintain and update purchasing records, vendor details, and negotiated pricing in Workday (ERP) Communicate with vendors to track deliveries, resolve order issues, and ensure timely fulfillment Assist with procurement for projects such as renovations and grants Support monthly spend analysis and vendor invoice reviews in partnership with Finance Reconcile outstanding vendor payments and assist with accounting discrepancies Prepare documentation for internal/external audits and 1099 filings Participate in ad hoc procurement, financial, and compliance projects

Procurement Analyst Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

• Required Minimum 2 years of procurement, administrative, or purchasing experience
• Healthcare preferred Experience with ERP systems (Workday, Oracle, etc.)
• Preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
