Business Controller – Ft. Lauderdale A fast-growing industrialservices organization is seeking a Controller to take a lead rolein strengthening the company’s financial infrastructure and guidingcontinued expansion. The company is scaling quickly, with ambitiousplans to grow revenue and extend its reach across both U.S. andglobal markets. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for afinance professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and isenergized by driving operational excellence and strategic financialplanning.

Responsibilities:

Own and manage the company’s financialreporting, including full oversight of the P&L and balancesheet Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning acrossdepartments Analyze key financial metrics and business drivers tosupport performance improvement and strategic decision-makingPartner with company leadership to identify and act onopportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization Refine andstandardize financial operations, reporting tools, and internalcontrols Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to alignfinancial goals with execution Support and drive strategicinitiatives that position the company for sustained, scalablegrowth

Experience:

8 years of progressive experience in finance oraccounting Experience working closely with executive leadership indynamic, growing companies Prior involvement in board reporting orinvestor presentations is highly valued Comfortable inentrepreneurial or high-change environments Bachelor’s degree inFinance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree orcertifications are a plus
