Supervise departmental leaders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Manage project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across operations. Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce costs. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and high performance. Building and mentoring high-performing teams while fostering accountability and growth. Experience Proven leadership experience in a senior management role in healthcare Prefer experience in behavioral health or developmental disabilities services Strong background in profit loss management, sales strategies, and business development. Demonstrated ability to supervise diverse teams while promoting professional growth. Experience in project management with a focus on delivering results within deadlines. Expertise in strategic planning with a track record of successful implementation of initiatives. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
