Vice President of Restaurant Operations Kollectiv Hospitality Entertainment Group Cliffside Park, NJ 07010 About the Role We are seeking a strategic, results-driven restaurant executive to lead operations across our growing portfolio of upscale dining establishments. This is not a hotel or lodging position — candidates must have multi-unit restaurant leadership experience, with a proven track record in P&L management, team building, and operational excellence in food & beverage-driven environments. Executive Role:
Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership across a multi-unit restaurant portfolio , overseeing General Managers, Culinary Directors, and senior operations staff Design and implement scalable systems to enhance operational performance, brand consistency, and guest experience Lead growth initiatives , including new restaurant openings, major renovations, and market expansions Drive enterprise-level budgeting, P&L oversight, and performance management to maximize profitability and operational efficiency Analyze financial, operational, and guest feedback data to inform strategic decisions and ensure business targets are met Develop and enforce company-wide SOPs, training programs, and compliance protocols to meet local, state, and federal regulations Negotiate and manage national vendor contracts , optimizing for quality, pricing, and delivery across all locations Act as a key partner to ownership in shaping long-term business strategy, brand evolution, and competitive positioning Executive-Level Qualifications 10+ years of senior restaurant leadership , with direct oversight of multi-unit operations (VP, COO, or equivalent) Proven track record of driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and team performance in high-volume, full-service restaurants Experience launching or scaling restaurant brands or concepts , with deep understanding of end-to-end operations Expertise in budgeting, labor strategy, supply chain optimization, and margin management Strong leadership presence, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead change Deep knowledge of the NYC/NJ restaurant market , including regulatory compliance, labor dynamics, and competitive landscape Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured, analytical approach to decision-making What We Offer Competitive base salary: $150K-$200K Annual performance-based bonus Equity participation for long-term alignment Health benefits, travel stipend, and growth potential in a dynamic company If you’re an innovative, hands-on leader ready to take charge of operations and shape the future of hospitality across the Tri-State area, we’d love to meet you.
