This individual will ensure contractual and American Correctional Association compliance at all times through oversight of security and facility maintenance operations. As part of the Executive Management team, this individual will work to implement department and company-wide policy and procedure and develop and execute goals conducive to the organization’s overall vision and strategic plan. This individual will work as a liaison between the organization and contracting agencies. Eligibility Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must have the ability to manage a 24/7 on-call status. Education and/or Experience This position requires a general knowledge of the criminal justice system, re-entry services, and residential facility maintenance. Demonstrated ability to manage resources and supervise work effectively and efficiently with all levels of management; self-starting, motivated, and adapt to changing technology; Proven skills at problem-solving, strategic planning, and conducting research; Must possess strong mentoring and training skills; Should be computer literate in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Facility Management, Non-Profit Management, Organizational Leadership or related field required. Ten (10) years of progressively more responsible criminal justice or facility operations experience. A minimum of five (5 years) management experience required.
