- Position Purpose
- The Vice President, People Operations role is a critical member of the senior People leadership team.
The role is responsible for leading and truly reinventing the organization’s global People operations functions. This role will architect scalable, people-centric solutions that align with TAIT’s strategic business critical priorities, culture, and global footprint. The role will oversee all aspects of People operations including talent acquisition, total rewards, HR technology, and global mobility. This role is essential to driving the seamless coordination and execution of all People operational functions to ensure our internal clients are receiving a world-class experience. The Vice President, People Operations will play a vital role in strengthening People operations functions, regional alignment, and driving efficiencies that enhance overall performance of the People team to our clients.
- Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- + Build and scale global People operations infrastructure across countries and regions, ensuring seamless service delivery, compliance, and team member lifecycle processes.
+ Provide transformative leadership, fostering a culture of innovation and delivery excellence throughout all operational functions. + Provide comprehensive reports and insights to the GEC and ELT, enabling data-driven decision-making. + Conduct thorough evaluations of existing processes across all functional areas to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and performance enhancements. + Track and analyze operating results meticulously, ensuring consistent growth and progress toward achieving organizational goals. + Address operational challenges promptly and effectively to maintain smooth business operations. + Champion continuous improvement initiatives, driving operational excellence and cost-effective measures without compromising quality or client service. + Continuously seek feedback and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. + Identify opportunities to sustain the adoption/integration of the L!NC (Leadership & Inclusion) framework to ensure a team culture aligned with the Leadership and Inclusive Culture principles and practices. + Partner with finance to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance financial performance. + Partner with our M&A team to develop detailed integration plans to ensure seamless operational harmonization. + Lead the design and implementation of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business outcomes. + Oversee global talent acquisition efforts, ensuring top-tier talent pipelines across critical capabilities. + Partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs and build proactive strategies for recruitment, succession planning, and organizational design. + Champion the use of technology, data, and automation to enhance people operations efficiency, reporting, and employee experience. + Leverage people analytics to guide workforce decisions and organizational effectiveness. + Manage global mobility and relocation programs, supporting international assignments and borderless work. + Ensure local compliance with employment laws and regulations while maintaining consistent global standards. + Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing, geographically distributed People Operations team. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability. - Minimum Qualifications
- To perform the essential responsibilities, individuals must have the following level of education and experience, or equivalent combination.
Additionally, the following certifications, knowledge, skills, or physical requirements are necessary for the position. +
Experience:
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role. +
Education:
High School Diploma/ G.E.D., plus Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field strongly preferred or equivalent work experience (20+ years); Master’s degree, a plus. + Proven success leading HR transformation and scaling people operations in a complex, multinational organization. + Deep expertise and data-driven mindset with fluency in HR systems and analytics (ADP, JobVite, Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, Paycor, etc.) and process optimization. + Proficiency with employee regulatory matters and mobility programs + Strong track record in implementing people strategies that drive business performance and culture change. + Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders across regions.
