Overview The

VICE PRESIDENT

of Operations acts under the direction of the President/Principal Broker. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall supervision and performance of our direct managed multifamily portfolio, as well as assisting with new business growth in the Southeastern US.

Primary responsibilities:

Oversee operations of Tennessee multifamily portfolio initially and upcoming acquisitions/developments Supervise the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets, monitor monthly and quarterly financial performances, and ensure accurate and timely reporting to clients Exhibit a strong understanding of multifamily markets in the region; understand trends, economic cycles, and new development; and proactively adjust to changing conditions Create, implement, and revise detailed sales, leasing, and operational plans, strategies, programs, and processes that lead initiatives to achieve occupancy and revenue goals Coach, mentor, and motivate the team, fostering a culture of continual learning Become an integral part of the executive team and collaborate with departmental leaders to enhance performance and maximize efficiency Develop and maintain strong business relationships with property ownership, oversee property management review, and create and manage or participate in investor/owner communications and reporting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field of study Certified Property Manager Designation preferred Meet all state-required licensure/certifications Uncompromising integrity and ethics Proven track record of managing a stabilized multifamily portfolio enhancing team efficiency, quality, and performance Minimum 5 years of multifamily real estate management at a regional or executive level Knowledge of local, state, and federal property regulations in states of operation Advanced experience with Yardi property management software suite, YieldStar, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Organized and able to manage multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail Experienced with the development, marketing, and subsequent lease-up of multifamily apartment communities Keen understanding of financial performance drivers Sharp and professional appearance along with a positive attitude Benefits Our people are our priority and with this in mind, we have designed a comprehensive benefits package that provides you and your family tools for healthy living and peace of mind.
