Morristown, NJ About the Job The Specialty Contract Operations Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting various contracting programs, including Rare Blood Specialty Pharmacy/Specialty Distributor/Hemalliance/HTC, Lemtrada, Rare Disease, and Thyrogen product and program support. This position will also manage 340B price loads. In this role, the Specialist will assist in the execution of contracts in our contract administration system (Revenue Manager). Responsibilities include timely and accurate loading of contracts and amendments, pricing, eligibility, pricing tier moves, and adjudicating payments in accordance with contracted terms and conditions. The Specialist will manage contracts across Sanofi’s Specialty portfolio, develop monthly/quarterly reporting and communicate results to the Account teams to support performance measurements. This position will analyze and pay rebates or extend off invoice pricing based on performance measurements. This position will be responsible for Revenue Manager (Model N administration system) contract set up and maintenance of contract related processes. The candidate will have a fundamental understanding of contract strategies, markets, and Sanofi products. The Specialist will work in close cooperation with the Contract Manager and other Purchase Markets Operations colleagues, as well as and counterparts in Contract Development, the Account team, Legal, Pricing & Analytics, Value & Access, Trade, and Digital. Assists with other Purchase Market areas/customer segments as needed, including Specialty, Synvisc, Long Term Care, Sanofi Puerto Rico, and other customer segments. Main Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of contracts including analyzing terms and conditions to appropriately set up contracts, contract amendments and contract discount structure maintenance for Rare Blood, Lemtrada, Rare Disease, and Thyrogen. Assists with support of other Purchase Markets and Specialty segment contracts as needed. Calculate ASP-based quarterly contract pricing Manage Hem Alliance and HTC contracts that have a mix of 340B and commercial components. Load quarterly 340B pricing and perform analysis by comparing 340B ceiling price and % of WAC to determine final contract price for the quarter. Communicate to customers of the new quarterly pricing. Work with stakeholders to resolve pricing discrepancies. Processing quarterly admin fee and rebates in RMUS. Support new products launch to ensure the successful delivery of the contract agreement strategy via RMUS. Analyze rebate payments and pricing tier evaluations utilizing reporting tools, direct sales, and chargeback data sources to compare quarterly sales, rebates, volume, and growth trends. Data validation to ensure contract compliance on purchase-based agreements Verify that all product and eligible members comply with contract requirements interact with customers and account managers to resolve any data discrepancies Analyze customer performance to determine the effectiveness of performance-based contracts; ensure appropriate contract tier placement Analyze contract exceptions for interpretation in the system(s) for accuracy of calculations/process compliance Analyze and process monthly/quarterly administrative fee payments and rebates. Provide operational assessment of new contract strategies proposed for PRB approval. Participate in customer meetings and audits as required. Interact with Account Managers, Trade, Accounts Payable and Brand Team as necessary. Support departmental projects as required. Comply with all SOX requirements.

About You Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required with a Finance or Business concentration preferred 1-2 years of work experience Ability to understand and communicate contracting strategies of high complexity and variation. Deep analytical skills and ability to dissect the intricate reasons of rebate and pricing trends and variances Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and draw insights from data and clearly communicate to internal teams, including Senior Management/Leadership Team. Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent follow-up with both Internal and External stakeholders. Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to clearly communicate the complicated analysis to the business parties Excellent PC skills including intermediate MS Office Strong skills in Excel required as Pivot tables and V lookup functionality are used frequently for analysis Independent problem solving and leadership skills in managing the account Professional manner and tact Demonstrates ownership and accountability Displays excellent time management and organizational skills Organized, accurate and detail oriented, disciplined and dedicated to superior quality work Strong sense of commitment and teamwork Ability to work independently Ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines Strong interpersonal skills Ability to successfully work with cross-functional teams and with all levels of the organization Preferred Qualifications Pharmaceutical experience preferred Model N Revenue Manager and ERP systems (SAP) experience preferred Knowledge of Market Access preferred Accounting or Financial experience preferred Why Choose Us?
