  • (RGM) practice, drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives, and provide advisory services to clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. This role requires a

  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • + •Strategic Leadership•: Develop and execute the overall RGM strategy, aligning with Acosta Group’s business objectives and client needs.

  • Client Engagement
  • : Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients, providing strategic advisory services and driving growth through RGM initiatives. +
  • Revenue Growth
  • : Identify and implement strategies to optimize pricing, trade, and mix management to drive client revenue growth. +
  • Team Leadership
  • : Lead and mentor a team of RGM professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. +
  • Data Analysis and Insights
  • : Utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to clients. +
  • Business Development
  • : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base and increasing market share. +
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • : Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of RGM strategies. +
  • Thought Leadership
  • : Participate in industry thought leadership through trade associations and conferences, representing Acosta Group’s RGM capabilities.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • + •Education•: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred. +

  • Experience
  • : Minimum of 15 years of experience in RGM, finance, or a related field within the CPG industry. Proven track record of leading successful RGM initiatives and managing client relationships. +
  • Skills
  • : Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in data analysis tools and software. +
  • Leadership
  • : Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
