  • The role you’ll contribute:
  • The Strategic Staffing Partner, under the direction of the Strategic Staffing Manager, is responsible for interviewing, hiring, and staffing of the clinical and non-clinical internal positions and effectively placing employees based on the needs of physician practices and departments.
  • The value you’ll bring to the team:
  • + Supports and assists the Strategic Staffing Manager with hiring, training, evaluating and placement of clinical and non-clinical new hires in line with professional scope.

+ Creates strategies to develop relationships and processes to continuously improve attraction and retention of individuals. + May provide reporting and strategic plans for future staff needs. + Ensures compliance with organization’s staffing policies as well as procedures. + Builds relationships with key stakeholders and leaders within AHMG. + Ensures operational participation on interviewing panel. + Leads continuous improvement of the central hiring process.

  • The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
  • Minimum qualifications
  • : + Associate’s degree and two (2) or more years of experience doing strategy, recruiting, marketing, human resources,talent acquisition, healthcare, business or related field, or + High School diploma and four (4) or more years of experience doing strategy, recruiting, marketing, human resources,talent acquisition, healthcare, business or related field.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • + Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field) + LPN license in the state of Florida + Current valid State of Florida license as a Registered Nurse N/A + Any one of the following Medical Assistant Certifications; + American Association of Medical Assistants (“AAMA”) for Certified Medical Assistants (CMA) + American Medical Certification Association (“AMCA”) for Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) + American Medical Technologists (“AMT”) for Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) + National Association for Health Professionals (“NAHP”) for Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) + National Center for Competency Testing (“NCCT”) for National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) + National Healthcareer Association (NHA) for Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) + American Registry of Medical Assistants (“ARMA”) This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
