Job Description As a health solutions company, this position will focus on people, culture and talent synergies for our diversified business group (CuraCor Group) and our family of companies. We are seeking an experienced professional to be a dedicated HR strategy & integration resource on the team. This role reports directly to the Head of HR M&A Strategy & Integration. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Manage multiple HR workstream projects with high visibility Perform HR M&A due diligence Identify, develop, and execute HR subsidiary and partnership support initiatives aligned with business goals Develop and implement a multi-year roadmap working in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Shared Service partners What You Will Do Work closely with executives and diversified business leaders to proactively identify and prioritize strategic needs and create meaningful and actionable outputs, drive the strategic development process to address these needs, and integrate and align work to the company’s overall strategic goals. Lead efforts with partner and/or vendor relationships to understand the value proposition and business case aligned to our business strategy, drive decision making and collaborate with the business areas to implement. Assist in the translation of the business integration strategy into human resources plans that achieve integration results. Develop and manage relationships with both internal and external partners to drive highly complex project/initiative work significant to delivering on our mission, purpose and goals. Leverage insights to develop holistic strategies, programs and plans to effectively drive business outcomes and maximize ROI as we evolve our ways of working. Lead development and execution of a multi-year roadmap focused on people, culture and talent synergies and integration opportunities. Collaborate and execute activities such as HR strategic planning, compliance reviews, quantitative and qualitative analysis and thought leadership at a departmental, multi-function, and enterprise level. Lead the development of new ideas that solve existing or emerging issues the business faces. Model and evaluate those ideas to determine viability and opportunity for success and follow through to implementation as necessary. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (where required) 8+ years of experience in related field. In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field. Bonus Points (Preferred qualifications) M&A due diligence experience, especially as it relates to people, culture and talent harmonization and integration opportunities with a track record of successful pre and post transaction work preferred. Knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and the labor market preferred. Strategy development alongside with execution and risk management experience as this role requires rolling up your sleeves to execute on recommendations you will make. Demonstrated experience with data analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, especially related to cost benefit modeling. Demonstrated project management experience with the willingness to pivot to meet immediate or changing business needs. Skilled in effectively developing presentations, communication and change plans. Salary Range At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed. Compensation decisions are driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets, licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
