Swann’s Marina and Campground Maintenance Manager Tega Cay Marina LTD / Denton Marina Group 2515 Swanns Marina, Dandridge, TN 37725 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds and Marina Maintenance Manager to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring that our facilities, outdoor spaces, and waterfront areas are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with the ability to supervise tasks effectively and manage various projects related to grounds and marina upkeep. Duties Oversee the maintenance of landscaping, including mowing, trimming, planting, and weeding. Manage the upkeep of outdoor facilities and marina areas, ensuring they are clean and functional. Perform dock maintenance, including repairs, inspections, and upkeep of floating and fixed structures. Fabricate and maintain necessary equipment for grounds and marina maintenance. Conduct regular inspections of the grounds and docks to identify areas needing attention or repairs. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to coordinate projects effectively. Utilize schematics to assist in planning and executing maintenance tasks. Perform basic electrical repairs as needed to ensure safety and functionality of outdoor lighting and marina power systems. Assist in HVAC maintenance related to outdoor units or waterfront facilities as required. Document maintenance activities and report any significant issues to management. Experience Candidates should possess experience in grounds maintenance, marina operations, or a related field. Familiarity with supervising and managing maintenance projects is highly desirable. Skills in electrical work, dock repairs, facilities management, and HVAC systems will be considered an asset. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality are essential for success in this role.
