Full Job Description Position Purpose:
Effectively and efficiently dispatch and coordinate the delivery of airline catering supplies to our airline customers. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional customer service, safe, accurate, and timely boarding of equipment and catering components on each flight. Utilize effective communication to minimize delays and resolve problems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete and distribute flights/ team sheets to transportation teams. Double check flow and team sheets for accuracy and assuring all flights have been assigned and are on time Communicate with local airline control tower/customer, transportation teams and shift Supervisor as needed Monitor airline systems and screens for changes in flight status and relay information to team as needed Ensuring dock departures and on-time catering are met Any other job duty assigned as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have 3-5 years’ ramp experience
