This full time position 8:00 am
- 4:30 pm (40+ hours).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and track new and on going projects
- File and maintain all project related documents
- Change order management
- Monthly project billing
- File notice to owners
- Process release of liens from contractors and vendors
- Permitting and inspections
- Order material and equipment as needed
- Manage and prioritize incoming warranty calls and start up requests
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Reliable to show up to work every day, on time
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be computer proficient
- Must be able to multitask in a high workload environment
- Prior Customer Service experience
- Must be a team player and be able to take direction
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Principals only.
