Job Description

Description We are looking for a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team on a contract basis in Boca Raton, Florida. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth coordination of installation projects. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative tasks, scheduling, and customer communication, ensuring timely and accurate project execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule installation appointments, optimizing efficiency and adhering to project timelines.
  • Monitor pending installations, verifying product readiness and labor requirements.
  • Oversee the installation pipeline, updating and closing jobs daily.
  • Prepare installation paperwork, ensuring crews are equipped for scheduled tasks.
  • Assign installation crews based on their skills and project requirements.
  • Maintain inventory records and provide timely updates on expected product arrivals.
  • Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Process payments and funding for completed jobs, adhering to company standards.
  • Handle permit approvals and prepare submission packets as needed.
  • Input contract details and other documentation, facilitating the transition from sale to installation. Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support or scheduling.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under deadlines in high-pressure environments.
  • Experience in the home improvement or home services industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with managing inbound and outbound calls.
  • Ability to perform accurate data entry and manage email correspondence.
