Job Description:

As a Security Dispatcher at Kings Security Services Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our security services during morning or night hours. You will be responsible for dispatching and scheduling security guards or fireguards to various sites in a timely manner, as well as overseeing daily patrol tours and reporting any incidents to management. Additionally, you will manage time approvals for employee payroll, monitor guard attendance, and prevent overtime whenever possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch and schedule guards or fireguards to sites promptly and efficiently. Monitor and report on daily patrol tours conducted by security personnel. Approve employee hours for payroll on a daily basis. Monitor guard attendance at sites for all shifts as required. Check the inactive site phone regularly for any incoming communications. Take proactive measures to prevent overtime among security personnel. Install phones or patrol devices on sites within 48 hours of starting a contract. Create client access for all sites and provide passwords to clients. Train clients on how to use client access to view patrol activities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in security dispatching or a related field preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions. Proficiency in computer applications and basic technical troubleshooting. Flexibility to work overnight shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
