Responsibilities:

Coordination of buses for daily operations Use radio and online chats to maintain constant communication Coordinate with and support colleagues, bus operators, supervisors, and managers to execute the day-to-day operations Be responsible for company equipment Promote a culture of positivity Monitor the safety of employees and guests Conduct and submit various reports as assigned

Requirements:

The ability to read maps and understand NYC traffic patterns Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Organized and attentive to detail but also able to multitask The ability to make informed decisions and remain calm in stressful situations Willingness to work on weekends and holidays Willingness to work early AM shifts or late PM shifts as needed The ability to work with google office applications, e.g., docs, sheets, email, chat Knowledge of Manhattan and the New York Metropolitan area is a big plus.
