Job Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations from assignment to completion
- Use dispatching software (Limo Anywhere)
- Handle calls, emails, and messages from clients and drivers
- Track drivers to ensure timely arrivals and proper routing
- Assign vehicles and chauffeurs based on client needs
Requirements:
- Prior experience in dispatching and multitasking (phones, email, messaging)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service for clients and teamwork skills
