HVAC Dispatcher Americoil Copiague, NY 11726 Job Overview We are seeking a dispatcher to join our service team in a busy office environment. We’re a fast growing HVAC maintenance company focused on helping and working alongside businesses and homeowners. We are looking for a reliable dispatcher with HVAC experience, since this role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch daily coil cleaning, air duct cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning routes Manage incoming service requests via phone and email Communicate with field technicians, dispatchers from other companies, and the customers throughout the day Confirm appointments with customers and follow up post service Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations. Assist with basic office tasks and customer billing Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment Requirements Experience with dispatching Strong knowledge of roadways through out New York State. Excellent phone skills/ Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members regarding technical issues Excellent customer service skills with good communication skills Ability to work in an environment that can at times be high pressure/fast paced when in season. Familiar with Quickbooks, routing software, or CRM systems Team oriented, friendly and reliable
