We are currently seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate fuel deliveries for both commercial and residential customers. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate fuel delivery across our service area. Position Requirements (Must-Have) High school diploma or GED Prior dispatching experience or logistics coordination (preferred in fuel, HVAC, or transportation industry) Strong geographic knowledge of Central and Northern Pennsylvania Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency with dispatching software (Blue Cow/Ignite) and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Customer service mindset with a calm, solution-focused approach Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Light evening work remotely Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch deliveries of heating oil, commercial fuels, and transport deliveries Prioritize urgent deliveries, manage same-day orders, and adjust routes as needed Communicate with drivers throughout the day to provide updates and route support Monitor fuel levels and delivery windows to ensure service standards are met Handle customer inquiries related to delivery timing and logistics Complete daily paperwork, and required internal documentation Coordinate with service departments and office staff to ensure seamless customer support Track, log, and update delivery status in dispatching systems Respond to emergency delivery requests and coordinate after-hours service when necessary Maintain a positive, professional relationship with drivers, technicians, and customers Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance 401(k) with Profit Sharing Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off Employee Discounts Supportive and experienced team environment Why Nittany Energy?
