QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Eight (8) years of experience working in a facilities management operation.
Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
Licenses or Certifications Must possess a valid state driver’s license and obtain a valid Florida driver’s license within thirty (30) days of hire or promotion. Key Responsibilities Project management for the planning, design, and construction of various projects throughout the city.
Monitoring progress of the design team and construction vendors/contractors as well as monitoring project status.
Managing project requests for additional information, schedule modifications, change orders, and onsite direction. Coordinating construction projects with all involved stakeholders and local, state, Federal agencies as required.
Establishing project milestones, goals, and objectives.
Developing data points and benchmarks to track efficiencies and productivity of projects and related systems.
