Job Description:

The Administrative Services Associate will provide administrative support to the site leadership team and the broader facility. This role requires advanced computer skills and the ability to follow established administrative processes. The position involves working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide administrative support such as schedule coordination, meeting planning, and organizing site activities. Manage logistics for site visitors. Assist with business processes, including purchasing and expense reporting. Support internal communications by drafting and distributing messages to the plant site or specific departments. Assist with candidate interviews, employee onboarding, and change management processes. Coordinate and support special projects and events, including community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Required Experience and Skills:

Experience in an office administrative role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn web-based platforms (e.g., SAP, Concur). Strong professionalism and effective communication skills. Excellent planning, follow-up, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
