Position Overview:
Clinical Solutions is a mail order pharmacy serving the corrections industry. Headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, our headquarters facility is a 42,000 square foot high volume pharmacy, employing almost 200 people. Currently, the company has three satellite pharmacies: Nashville, TN, Wichita, KS, and Boise, ID. The Facilities Manager is based at Clinical Solutions headquarters and oversees the infrastructure, interior and exterior maintenance, security, and operational efficiency of all physical facilities, both non-pharmacy and pharmacy related facility items, to ensure our properties are safe, well-maintained, and meet organizational needs and compliance regulations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities and operations management in a light manufacturing environment. Healthcare experience is preferred. Excellent project management and communication skills Strong knowledge of regulations, building systems, and safety standards. Proficiency in budget planning and vendor contract negotiations. Ability to travel to satellite facilities as required; estimated to be 1-2 times a year.
Essential Duties Include:
Ensure a high level of customer service, driving and supporting special projects and strategic initiatives for the company, including new office expansion, office relocations, and repairs and renovations. Ability to think critically and develop strategic solutions, providing management with regular facility project updates. Maintain access controls, security protocols, and crisis response plans and emergency procedures. Manage facility vendors including pickups/deliveries, lights, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, packing equipment, sorter, and office related supplies. Establishes and maintains open, positive relationships with cross-functional team members, vendors, contractors, consultants, neighboring tenants, and customers. Supervise all vendors, external contractors, related support staff, and visitors relating to facility maintenance, repairs, and projects. Ensure routine upkeep of facilities and an excellent standard of housekeeping, implementing innovative solutions to improve property management and occupant experience. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and that properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards. Supervise and coordinate activities relating to parking, waste disposal, cleaning and building security etc. Ensuring safe building access during inclement weather is key. Responsible for purchasing building maintenance supplies, equipment, machinery and furniture as required.
Language and Computer Skills:
Must be able to express oneself adequately in written and oral English to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors, both in person and via email. A basic understanding and proficiency of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and other computer programs is necessary.
Physical Demands:

Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, reach, walk, and stand. Must be able to sit for extended periods throughout the workday. Occasional physical effort with light to medium objects requiring the ability to lift objects 25-50 pounds. Able to reach, carry, and grasp objects related to duties.
