PM Job Description:

We are currently hiring a reliable and hardworking General Laborer in Fort Smith . This is a hands-on, physical job that requires heavy lifting and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions . Forklift experience is required , though most of your duties will be manual labor.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload materials by hand Operate a forklift as needed (this is not a full-time forklift position) Perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions Follow safety protocols and wear steel toe boots Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Requirements:

Forklift experience is required Must be able to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for long periods Comfortable working outdoors in all elements Steel toe boots required Must pass a background check Must pass a drug screen ( THC will disqualify you from this position) Stable work history required
