The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our facility, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory levels. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments Inspect and verify contents of shipments against shipping documents Label, pack, and prepare items for shipment according to specifications Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments in the warehouse system Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage or loss Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment Assist with general warehouse duties, including inventory counts and organization Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures Communicate effectively with team members and other departments

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and/or warehouse operations preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and teamwork skills
