WAREHOUSE CLERK

We are looking for a hardworking Warehouse Clerk. You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, organizing and retrieving stock and other. In the performance of their respective tasks and duties the warehouse clerk is expected to conform to the following: Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. Interact professionally with other employees, customers and vendors. The warehouse clerk must be able to work effectively as a team contributor.

Location:

Budd Lake, NJ Pay rate: $17.00/hr.

JOB DESCRIPTION 1

Track and receive shipment, welcome delivery trucks, perform incoming inspection per procedure. 2 Examine contents and compare with records such as manifests. (Invoices, bills of lading and other records to verify accuracy of incoming and out-going shipments) 3 Prepare material for shipping ensuring freight is properly packed, labeled and staged in designated areas with relevant documentation. Record shipment data such as weight, space availability, damages or discrepancies 4 Reports damages and shortages of material and/or documents to specifications, route material to designated areas in the warehouse using work devices, such as hand jack, packaging equipment. 5 Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse supplies, orders as needed. 6 Operate forklift, loading and offloading trucks as needed, complete on-hand process in accordance with company regulations. 7 Enter and Produce inventory and shipping reports/log and Use of computer, scanning devices. 8 Other duties assigned by management. Qualifications Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to work with a team or individually. Must be reliable and trainable. Must be able to read and write English.
