Operations Director Multi-Clinic Manager Executive Leadership Our medical & wellness clinic is growing, and we need a high-performing Assistant Manager to lead our team, optimize workflows, and create a high-functioning office environment. This role is for a leader who thrives on structure, efficiency, and team development – not just an administrator but a true operations expert who can streamline processes and create lasting impact.
What You’ll Do:
Lead & train the team, ensuring smooth daily operations. Develop & implement efficient office workflows to enhance patient experience. Manage scheduling, logistics, and front desk operations to keep everything running smoothly. Track performance metrics & create strategies for improvement to increase efficiency. Ensure compliance with office policies while fostering a culture of accountability. Handle HR functions, including onboarding & training new employees. Use QuickBooks (or similar software) for financial tracking and basic accounting. Ensure patients enroll into treatment. (3rd party financing available if necessary) Why Join Us?
Competitive Pay:
$40-65,000 per year
Base Pay:
$18-$21/hr Monthly Performance Bonuses averages $500 – $2500 per month
