Full Time Experience:

Five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education/experience is required. Patient/customer relations experience is required. Five (5) years of experience in a primary care physician clinic environment, medical office billing and/or with health insurance, and progressive supervisory or management experience are strongly preferred.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate’s Degree in Business Administration is preferred.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

This position is responsible for the oversight and management of the SGH Clinic(s) daily operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Organize, direct, and perform activities on behalf of the clinics. Collect data for quality improvement efforts. Direct financial affairs for the practice. Recommend and implement policies and procedures necessary to achieve departmental short-term and long-term strategic goals and objectives. Serve as a liaison between the affiliated facility and the clinics while working in conjunction with the physicians/providers and administration. Coordinate support issues for department (IT, Purchasing, Maintenance, etc.). Participate in meetings, continuing education, and other activities as necessary. Manage clinic workflow for maximum efficiency. Promote positive culture in clinic. Manage inventory. Attitude and performance are reflective of serving others. Subject to irregular hours. May be required to wear personal protective equipment as directed. Follow infection control and isolation guidelines. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
