The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage various aspects of the theater management, including inventory control and staff recruitment. Duties Assist in managing daily theater operations to ensure a smooth workflow. Support General management efforts by actively engaging with customers and promoting products. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Assist in managing staff schedules and training Maintain inventory and ensure adequate supplies for smooth operations. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies and special events. Experience No experience needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for movies and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
