They handle store management, customer service, and team leadership. They are also responsible for ensuring store operations, sales, and service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations, manage inventory and product ordering, and ensure adherence to Jiffy Lube guidelines for opening and closing procedures.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional guest service, build relationships, and address any concerns promptly.

Team Leadership:

Assist in hiring, training, and motivating team members.

Operations:

Assist technicians in performing routine maintenance, service, and other minor services.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with Jiffy Lube standards and quality control.

Building Maintenance:

Perform shop maintenance to maintain appearance and curb appeal.

Skills and Qualities:

Strong leadership skills: Ability to guide and motivate team members.

Excellent customer service skills:

Ability to build rapport and address guest needs.

Additional Notes:

Previous experience in a quick lube, automotive repair shop, or dealership is preferred. Assistant Managers must have a valid driver’s license and be authorized to work in the U.S. They must be able to stand for long periods and work in various temperature and noise conditions, as well as be comfortable with exhaust fumes. They may be required to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and pushing. Jiffy Lube offers training through Jiffy Lube University.
