Our Management Training Program offers a unique opportunity for college seniors or recent graduates to kickstart their career in the waste industry and gain valuable hands-on experience across various aspects of our business.

Job Description:

We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our Management Training Program for the waste industry. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo an intensive 8-week training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the field of waste management and become a CWS General Manager. The program will cover four key areas:

Safety:

Learn and implement best practices for workplace safety, hazard identification, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Sales:

Gain insights into sales strategies, customer relationship management, and effective communication techniques to drive business growth and revenue generation.

Operations:

Acquire hands-on experience in waste collection, sorting, processing, and disposal operations, with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and quality control.

Finance:

Develop a fundamental understanding of financial principles, budgeting, cost analysis, and resource allocation within the waste management industry. Upon successful completion of the training program, Management Trainees will transition into leadership roles within our organization, with the ultimate goal of assuming the position of General Manager. This role will involve overseeing operations, managing teams, implementing strategic initiatives, and driving business performance to achieve organizational objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

Current college senior or recent graduate with a degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Demonstrated interest in environmental sustainability and a passion for the waste and recycling industry. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Willingness to travel and relocate as required.
