- Onsite Technician.

Location:
Tarrytown, NY
Shift:
Monday
- Friday, 7:00am
- 3:30pm or 8:00am
- 4:30pm
Pay:
$20.00/hr.
Type:
6-Month Contract , possibility to convert
- The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and customer service. This is a hands-on role involving inventory replenishment, material handling, and logistical coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate replenishment of consumable lab inventory
Manage inventory at customer’s point-of-use or in stockrooms
Coordinate shipping and receiving activities with third-party couriers
Handle and manage chemicals, including hazardous materials, in compliance with safety protocols
Perform basic order entry and track backorders
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Operate pallet wrapping equipment
Perform general warehouse tasks, including lifting (up to 50 lbs) and manual labor
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
1-2 years of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or customer service
Experience in a laboratory environment or with PPE/signage is a plus
Previous safety training is helpful
Required Skills:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a professional, can-do attitude
Comfortable working with chemicals and adhering to strict safety protocols
Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
Must wear steel toe safety boots
Must meet all background check and health/safety requirements
