Inventory Cycle Counter Position Hours:

Monday-Friday 1st shift 8:30am-5pm

Job Responsibilites:

Perform daily cycle counts. Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity. Maintain product identification, location, and lot accuracy. Research inventory discrepancies. Work closely with Site Lead to resolve inventory problems in a timely manner. Open cartons, bundles, and other containers to count items and/or weigh materials to determine quantity on hand. Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products Be trained across multiple departments and maintain minimum performance requirements Requirements Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required Warehouse Team Members must be at least 18 years old Ability to work assigned schedule 2+ years work experience as a cycle counter (preferred) Must demonstrate strong communication skills Technology oriented – ability to work with scanners, iPods, computers, etc. Ability to effectively communicate with team members, management, vendors and/or clients as necessaryStrong attention to detail and time management skills Cycle Counters must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation; each shift has one 60 minute lunch period Must be able to stand, walk, sit, bend, run, squat and on occasion You might be the right person if… You are friendly and energetic You understand the importance of punctuality and attendance You believe in extreme ownership and take pride in your work You enjoy a challenge You’d like to be a part of a positive environment
