INVENTORY SPECIALIST

Galloway Inventory Duties:

Daily counts on all commercial drugs in pharmacy and storage rooms Partner counts on supplies, drugs, and updating inventory guides per partner count calendar Receive and record incoming commercial drug transfers add to inventory Reverse Distributor disposal and documenting process Creating a daily list of supplies needed for the pharmacy from warehouse Unloading delivery trucks and storing all necessary supplies around the pharmacy/designated areas Communicate with team members on partner questions, inventory levels, and locations Check for expired or short dated commercial and compound drugs Organization and cleanliness around workstations and storage areas Shipping out partner transfers or sending supplies to AZ and NC locations & warehouse OTC Accurate counts on all Curexa inventory stored at the pharmacy Loading all shipping boxes and mailbags for the delivery drivers to pick-up Gathering all empty totes and clamshells for drivers to bring to EHT lab Constant communication with fulfillment, shipping & warehouse Should be able to lift up to 50lbs

WORKING CONDITIONS

The work site is a climate controlled (20°-25°C/68°-77°F) environment with work days ranging 6-10 hours per day as scheduled, depending on role and business needs. Some work areas are in a carpeted office-like area with arm-level counters and computers placed in an ergonomic position. Some work areas are in a tiled-floor, clean-room work area with cooler temperatures (closer to 20°C) to maintain the comfort of garbed personnel. Some work areas require that individuals remain at a desk and stay seated for their work shift. Fluorescent lighting is standard for all areas of the pharmacy. In all areas, Curexa will provide its workers with reasonable accommodation for any working condition concern when Curexa is properly presented with documentation in compliance to statutory guidelines.

Rate of Pay:

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
