Warehouse Supervisor Warehouse Associate’s Position Purpose and Objectives The Warehouse Associate supports production operations by receiving, documenting, and handling raw materials and final products. This role also ensures the smooth flow of picked raw materials and components between warehouse locations and manufacturing areas. Warehouse Associate’s Essential Job Functions Follow all GMPs and relevant safety protocols. Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and hand jacks. Load and unload materials from supplier trucks and handle inter-company material transfers. Put raw materials into designated storage locations after QA/QC inspection. Pick and deliver materials from warehouse locations to the manufacturing staging areas. Inform the supervisor of any discrepancies, such as missing or incorrect materials, for alternate locations or inventory adjustments. Confirm components picked by using scanners to update inventory in SAP. Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Assist during physical and cycle inventory periods. Provide general warehouse support, including cleaning and organizing when necessary.

Warehouse Associate’s Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects (50 lbs. average) for more than 50% of the workday. Must safely handle heavier items (up to 150 lbs.) when required. Warehouse Associate’s Supervisory Responsibility None. Working Conditions Multitask environment with interaction between team members and other departments. Ability to work independently and handle assigned tasks without direct supervisors. Travel Requirements No travel required Minimum Qualifications Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus). Must be forklift certified. Basic math skills are required. Must be able to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Success Factors Team player, self-motivated, and well-organized. Attention to detail, especially in documenting and handling materials. Willingness to learn new skills and improve processes within the warehouse.
