Warehouse Specialist Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Perform regular inventory counts and restock vans as needed. Accurately input data into MS Excel and Fishbowl to maintain up-to-date inventory records.

Order Processing:

Conduct inside sales calls to process customer orders and handle returns efficiently.

Order Fulfillment:

Receive all incoming orders for the warehouse and office, ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfillment.

Online Sales Management:

Manage and fulfill online sales through Shopify, ensuring orders are processed and shipped promptly.

Warehouse Organization:

Organize and pack out warehouse inventory, maintaining an orderly and efficient workspace.

Office and Warehouse Maintenance:

Regularly clean and maintain both office and warehouse areas to ensure a safe and tidy working environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a warehouse or inventory management role preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with Fishbowl or similar inventory management software. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills for inside sales calls and order processing. Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving inventory. Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
