E ssential Duties – Parts Driver• Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors. Checks with the parts manager, inventory control administrator, parts counterpeople or shipping and receiving clerk before leaving to coordinate any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries. Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up. Checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery. Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department. Helps with stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts. Essential Duties – Warehouse Support Locate and retrieve items from storage areas based on customer orders or shipping requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Helps with stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts. Properly pack items for shipment or delivery, ensuring they are protected and labeled correctly. Use warehouse tools and equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks to move goods. Assist with receiving and unloading shipments, if required. Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute to sales associates for processing. Move materials off racks and package for shipment. Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items. Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor / manager.
