• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage customer orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze shipping and receiving processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to fleet management and transportation logistics.
• Provide support in coordinating shipments and deliveries, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Document customer interactions accurately within the system for future reference. Requirements
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within supply chain or logistics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data effectively.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in using software applications such as AS400, SyteLine, Oracle Transportation Management, and GIS.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
