Logistics Coordinator 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 2500 Commerce Center Way, Pembroke Park, FL 33023 JOB SUMMARY The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the flow of products from suppliers to our warehouses and/or customers. Sourcing logistics partners, to supporting the team with documentation, timelines, reporting and any other needs.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Create and maintain shipment progress spreadsheets. Compile and distribute all documentation necessary for each shipment. Collaborate with shipping agents to ensure all documents are correct and filed on time. Inform warehouses and/or customers of all incoming shipments along with all information needed. Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments of electronic and general goods. Schedule and oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring timely fulfillment and dispatch. Communicate with carriers and vendors to track deliveries and address delays or issues. Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts, stock discrepancies, and damage control. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve workflow efficiency, layout, and procedures. Act as the point of escalation for operational issues, helping resolve delays, process gaps, or equipment breakdowns. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards for all warehouse activities. Maintain records of logistics activities, shipping documents, and inventory logs in internal systems. Support cross-departmental coordination between logistics, receiving, shipping, and kitting. Create, maintain & distribute product information as needed. Collaborate and liaise with the sales team to ensure all product delivery information and any other necessary information and/or updates are provided timely. Monitor all cost-related activity; and provide insight on all associated costing. Suggest changes to current logistical operations to improve business processes. Perform additional duties/projects as assigned by management.
